Equipment service at the manufacturer
At our Mannheim site, we offer a full range of services for all FRIATEC equipment – comprehensive and fast. To ensure smooth processing of your service request, you can simply download the service order document, fill it out, and enclose it with your maintenance and repair equipment. This enables us to process your request more quickly and avoids any potential follow-up questions.

GAS Label
To ensure that you do not incur any shipping costs when sending items to the manufacturer, you will need a GAS label. We will send it to you by post upon request. Please attach the GAS label to the parcel. Domestic shipping costs will only be charged once you receive your device back.
